比較新的民宿，設施齊全，甚至可以自己買海鮮自己做。附近幾個海鮮大排檔也不錯，價格適中。距離海邊也很近。

房間很不錯，而且可以看到海! 工作人員也很盡心的說明!

Мы провели несколько дней в данных апартаментах в январе 2026г. Очень жаль, что заранее при бронировании нельзя знать правду о том, в каком состоянии номер. Комнаты грязные: стены, окна, зеркала, паутина на люстре, которая расположена над столом для приёма пищи. микроволновая печь не работает, свет в ней включается, а поднос не вращается, электроплита есть, но включить обе комфорки невозможно, включить дальнюю еще та история, намучались. Из ванной комнаты постоянно воняет чем-то гнилым. На балконе грязно, валяются на полу чужие волосы. Плед на диване грязный. Отдельная история о постельное белье: долго не могли понять почему странно воняет постельное белье, мы решили снять наволочки и постирать их вручную, оказалось что они как и всё остальное на кровати жутко грязные, с них бежала чёрная, грязная вода. нам стало ясно, что это белье либо давно не стирали, либо стирают в стиральной машинке без добавления стирального порошка. После снятия наволочек мы увидели ужасное состояние подушек, они были в жёлтых пятнах с участками чёрной плесени. Спать на такой кровати было невыносимо, резкий противный запах и ощущение грязи не дали полноценного отдыха. Мелкие муравьи кишат повсюду, а вечером мы убили таракана на полу перед диваном. Из посуды в наличии: несколько кастрюль, одна корявая сковородка, 2 плоские старые пластиковые тарелки, стаканы, грязный графин, столовые приборы, нож. Есть вытяжка над кухонной плитой, но где ее включить неизвестно. Сюда больше никогда не вернемся.

붕따우 2번째방문이다..아파트는 좋다 아파트크기에 비해 엘베가 적다 시간대를 체크 못하면 엘베기다리는 시간이 헉 . 8박을했고 청소는 자율적으로 해야한다 8 박에 수건을 2번 밖에 바꾸지못함 처음 5장3일쓰고 바꾸어 달라고 하니 3장으로 바뀌어 있음 ㅋㅋ 2일에 한번씩 세탁해서 씀 위치는 굿 걸어서 3분..롯데 마트. 걸어서 5분 바로 바닷가다 방배정 받을때 침대 확인 잘할것..ㅋㅋ 첫날 오라는곳으로 가니 왜왔냐는식 으로 이야기한후 의자에 발 뻤고 앉아서 체크인당함 ㅋㅋ 무서운(?!)동네 ...아 와이파이 비번 다름 ㅋㅋ 확인 잘하길

As a tired traveler most people rely on the vendors to provide what you with your booking. You don't want to have to check out every detail to make sure it's there, even check list the bar fridge, you shouldn't have to do, cause as you know - you may not get a full listing of the contents of your bar fridge. The property manager, was prompt to letting me into the room but, seemed anxious to leave. The room had 2 bedrooms - which I didn't need. After being let into my room, It was late afternoon, with very little natural sunlight. I though maybe the sun shines into the room in the morning. Well no, the room overlooked a c- shaped courtyard and had very little natural sunlight. It was a cave with lighting.There was obviously at that point no city views nothing like the ad or my 訂房網站 booking ad. There were dirty handmarks above the lounge area, the shower cubicle glass looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. I contacted the property manager, who stated he was just the property manager and allocated the rooms as sent but, refused to recognise the mis-allocations even after showing pictures of the 訂房網站 booking - which was obvious 1 bedroom, with city views. This place had 2 bedrooms with courtyard views. The bathroom window was small and in the shower cubicle - which opened to an outside area, but adjacent to a walkway and another window. The other window - other residences were using it to smoke and blow out the outside so as to not set off their smoke alarm. Unfortunately I could smell the smoke due to the proximity of the 2 windows. After voicing the incorrect room allocation( after a night) to the property manager ,and emailing/communicating via the 訂房網站 app, he responded with a lack of accountability and blame with the customer, despite being asked for the correct room allocation. It was then raised with 訂房網站 - whom stated that refunds were unavailable and at the discretion of the leasing property. Evidently he was not willing to correct the misallocation. Trip was only able to offer a marginal compensation - which was appreciated. If the option available to the property states " no refund available after booking" - don't take it.

The stay was a bit with ups and downs from the host,the issue was that I booked the place showing that they have a table and chairs on the balcony, which most of the apartaments has, but this one didn’t had any so I told them that I will take a chair from inside to put it on balcony but I still don’t have a small table:)) which they told me “if so, you have to buy it yourself “ . This interaction kinda put me off. After to calm down I wanted to make a tea but there was no glasses or cups.. so I had to wait the whole day until I received a cup. So yea… the experience wasn’t too pleasant. The room itself is cute but not like in the pictures, as they say , the pictures are only for “reference “.

very big apartment, very spacious, but renovation very old and lack of repairs. water tap loose, bed broke, fridge yellowish. barely acceptable at this price, but still, not gonna rebook, rather pay more for some newer place.

장단기 숙박 모두 좋아요. 롯데마트와 해변 모두 가까워요. 수영장관리도 잘하고 있는 듯 합니다. 엘베는 리뷰보다 편하게 이용했어요. 재방문 의사 있습니다.

호텔은 가성비가 최고이다 주변에 롯데마트가 있으며 해변과의 거리도 가깝다. 다시 오더라도 이곳을 이용할것이디

Phòng sạch đẹp với view đẹp . Rất đáng để ở và quay lại. Host hỗ trợ rất nhiệt tình.
